Open Critiques with HEADLI SPECIAL

Something missing in many outsider and post-graduation artists practice ls the vulnerability and community of the critique space. Without it, moving your art forward can be a difficult and isolating slog. Art is completed by the viewer; how are you able to find your way without getting out of your own head and receiving feedback from others?

A clear goal that we have at Opaque Collective is to empower artists who lack institutional support and community to take their art further than they can alone. Our monthly open critiques are meant to be a time and space for artists of all stripes to gain fresh perspectives, community, and mentorship towards a holistic and gratifying art practice.  

Come join us monthly on first Wednesdays from 5pm-8pm for Open Critiques and work sessions. Bring a work in progress, a finished piece, or nothing at all and we’ll be here to support and push you.

Whether it’s your first time or hundredth there's a space for you here:
